In Switzerland and Germany, we currently offer around 850 training places in more than 20 different professions. We are one of Switzerland’s largest and most successful providers of vocational training for young people, training over 3 000 people over the last 50 years. In Germany, an additional 5 000 were trained. Each of them got an inside look at how a market leader works.
In addition to technical and professional qualifications, the training builds your teamwork skills, social skills, and self-confidence. But, these apprenticeships not only give you a chance to develop your skills, they position you as a potential recruit for Roche and the wider industry. Many apprentices have gone on to build successful careers at Roche.
